Introduction

Here at Wally's we try to buy only the best produce, which mainly means buying British! We try to source most of our meat locally off local farms and abattoirs. In some cases we do have to go further a field to gain the quality we need to give you the best. We try to make most of the produced meats ourselves i.e. hams, sausages black puddings etc. In the following pages we will try to give you an insight to what goes on and may be we will give you a tip or two!
